Consultancy Service
ATOL
The Air Travel Consultancy assists:
- New ATOL licence applicants in obtaining their first ATOL licence as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Existing ATOL holders in maintaining and renewing their ATOL licences
allowing them to concentrate on running their business and seling their products in effect by outsourcing their ATOL requirements, both routine and adhoc, to the ATC.
Over
the years there has been mounting confusion over whether particular companies
need an ATOL licence. We are only too pleased to discuss without cost
or obligation the circumstances of an individual company and whether
they necessitate the company obtaining their own ATOL licence.
For those companies requiring an ATOL, the Consultancy Service provides complete assistance from start to finish with both new ATOL applications and ATOL licence renewals, which would normally include:
- A personal visit to the client's premises if within a radius from Central London including Leicester, Swindon and Bournemouth. Visits further afield can be arranged.
- Detailed discussion of the types and levels of ATOL licensing and non-ATOL business to be undertaken in the coming year.
- An estimation of the required level of bonding and assets in CAA terms.
- Completion of the ATOL licence application form and assistance with compiling the required supporting documentation.
- Compilation of a covering letter, for new applications, to act as a quasi-business plan giving the CAA additional information useful to them in considering your application, hastening the time taken for a decision to be reached.
- Liaison and correspondence with the CAA throughout the ATOL licensing process.
- Attending with the client any necessary meetings with the CAA which are now normally required for all new applicants.
- Negotiations with the CAA to ensure the most advantageous bond percentage and free asset requirement (where appropriate).
- Close liaison with the client in relation to the meeting of the final ATOL grant requirements.
The Consultancy Service will normally include assistance with all routine ATOL licensing issues such as the monitoring of ATOL licensable sales, the completion of ATOL quarterly returns, advice in respect of the necessity for and completion of ATOL licence variations and any adhoc ATOL licensing issues that arise.
We provide a personal service tailor-made to meet the client's needs where an annual fee is agreed, payable monthly, to reflect the level and complexity of the client's requirements.
